This is the base where Patorans like Tory and his team work to study and take care of super powered creatures called Makimonos. The DPEU can make brilliant inventions like the Capture Plus.

This Device can capture Makimonos to help aid the Defenders. When the user shoots a sound disc from the device, the disc circles around the creature playing music. The user has to perform some dance moves to form the bonding process. When the bonding process is complete. The super creature can help the Defenders in accomplishing their mission.
This is the whole backyard of the DPEU Base. This environmental haven is for different kinds of animals to live there for some time. People can do research there on the different animals that run there. There are also barracks that can house animals that are sick and injured to help them get back into shape.
